For faster claims handling, file your claim using Tokio Marine HCC Surety Group's Online Portal. To start please have ready:
- Your contact information
- Any supporting documentation (photos, contracts, receipts, etc.)
You will be directed to enter your contact information, electronically sign the claim form via Docusign, and upload any supporting documentation.
Once completed, an email confirmation containing your temporary claim number will be sent to the address provided. If you do not receive an email confirmation, contact the Claims Department immediately at 310-649-0990 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm PST or at [email protected].
Because a bond number was not provided at this time, we are unable to identify the specific bonding company that issued the bond that relates to your claim. Upon receipt of your claim, we will identify and advise you of the specific company.
